§1 GENERAL PROVISIONS.
1. These Regulations (hereinafter referred to as the Regulations) shall apply to the Participants of the International Amber Eyes Championships (hereinafter referred to as the Championships) organized by I. Bella Donna Grażyna Kleba II.Lashbotox.pl.
The integral parts of the Regulations are:
a. Applying the registration form of participant in the Championship.
b. Declaration for agree and acceptance of the Participant on the registration and use of his work and the image by the Organizer.
c. Declaration of the model to agree for use his / her image by the Organizer.

2. These regulations define the terms and conditions for participation in the International Championships for Styling and Care of Eyelashes and Eyebrows - Amber Eyes International Championships Gdańsk, Poland 2020.
3. The organizer is Grażyna Kleba who represents The Company I. Bella Donna Salon Grażyna Kleba, II. Lashbotox.pl with its registered office in Gdynia (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer).
4. The Championships will take place in Gdańsk, on 10-11 October 2020.
The venue for the Championships will be announced by 31 July 2020.
5. Registering and applying to the Championship is unequivocal to accepting the provisions of the regulations and the obligation to comply with them.
§2 CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
1. Any adult person involved in eyelash extensions, eyebrow styling or permanent makeup who has the appropriate qualifications and experience to perform this type of treatment may participate in the championship. The document confirming the qualification to participate is the appropriate diploma or certificate confirming the completion of training in the appropriate category.
2.Appling for the stationary Championship is acknowledged by completing the form available on the website www.ambereyes.pl, where should be attached documents confirming the qualifications (Scan copy of diploma or certificate of course/training completion for each category).
3. In the case of participation in the category of permanent makeup (PMU Ombre made by machine technique - on the model and microblading - made on artificial skin)
The participant should send an e-mail to kontakt@ambereyes.pl photos of the model (colored eyebrows, without retouching): Photo of the model before make-up - photos of the model after the make-up. Pictures taken straight after the permanent make-up in the chosen technique.
4. Each person registering via the website www.ambereyes.pl will receive an email confirming the registration process. A participant who qualifies and receives a place at The Championships will be notified by email.
The order of applications decides that person who will first fill in the form correctly and make a 100% deposit will be registered - this amount will be treated as a deposit for participation in a given category, this will be a place fee and will be non-refundable.

5. Cost of participation in one category of the Championships is 350 PLN.
The payment should be made as soon as possible after receiving the confirmation to insure a place as a Participant of the Championship. The qualifying fee is also a down payment for the Championship and will not be returned in case of resignation.
The participant who would like to participate in all categories at the Championships will get a discount - free participation in one of categories.
6. The Organizer is responsible for the verification process.
After receiving all online applications for the stationary Championships - the last day of the online application is 7 October 2020, e-mails with confirmation of participation and detailed information about the Championship will be sent again from 1-8 October 2020.
7. Registration, personal acceptance of the application and addition of a Participant during the Championships 10-11 October 2020 is allowed.
If the participant conceals or falsifies data on their own qualifications and professional qualifications, they will automatically be disqualified from the list of Championship Participants and no advance payment will be made.
8. After the qualifying to participate, there is no possibility of giving the place to another person. In case of random event happens, to find a solution in this situation, please contact the Organizer.
9. The performing of a competition depends on a minimum number of participants - 5 persons. The absence of minimum required number of participants will results in the cancellation of the competition in a given category.
10. The number of participants is limited In all categories of eyelash and eyebrow styling, pmu ombre, microblading, there is a division into the Open category and a division into groups depending on experience.
In the Open category, all Participants are treated equally, regardless of their experience.
Division into groups was taken into account when the Participants were divided into groups due to their experience (MASTER, EXPERT).

11. One person can participate in a maximum of 9 categories, depending on his experience.
12. Participation should be submitted online by completing the form by 7 October 2020 available on the website www.ambereyes.pl or in person during the Championships 10-11 October 2020.
§3 CATEGORIES OF COMPETITIONS
1. The Championship is divided into categories depending on the type of treatment performed.
Categories of competitions which will take place during Championship.
a) CATEGORY EYELASH STYLING, divided into five separate sub-categories:
a1) CLASSIC METHOD 1: 1 - divided into Master and Expert groups.
a2) LIGHT VOLUME METHOD 2-3D - divided into Master and Expert groups.
a3) MEGA VOLUME METHOD 5D+ - divided into Master and Expert groups.
a4) MALE EYELASH - STYLING - Open.
a5) EYELASH LIFTING/LAMINATION - divided into Master and Expert groups.
b) CATEGORY EYEBROW STYLING, divided into two separate sub-categories:
b1) FEMALE EYEBROW MODELING WITH COLORING - Divided into Master and Expert Groups.
b2) MALE EYEBROW MODELING WITH COLORING - Open.
c) PERMANENT EYEBROW MAKEUP CATEGORY, divided into two separate subcategories:
c1) LADIES EYEBROWS - OMBRE made using the machine method - divided into groups Master and Expert.
c2) LADIES EYEBROWS - MICROBLADING (artificial skin) - divided into Master and Expert groups.
§4 PRINCIPLES FOR ASSESSING THE CATEGORIES
1. Eyelash styling - The classic method 1:1:
a) The maximum duration time: 120 min.
b) It is allowed:
- soft makeup of the model's face, excluding the eye area,
- combining eyelash colors (brown and black) and mixing the thickness of synthetic eyelashes.
c) It is required:
- using of artificial eyelashes only with the following thickness: 0.07mm; 0.10mm; 0.12mm; 0.15mm,
- using of artificial eyelashes only about lengths: 4 mm - 13mm,
- using only black and brown color eyelashes,
- work only with black glue,
d) The 1:1 method consists in sticking only one synthetic eyelash to one natural eyelash.
e) It is forbidden:
- any makeup for eyes area (shading and eyeliner on the eyelids and mascara on eyelashes, permanent eye makeup-lines),
- using colored eyelashes (excluding bronzes),
- sticking several artificial eyelashes to one natural eyelash,
- using transparent glue,
- leaving smudges or dirt around the eyes and lashes on the skin of the model.
2. Eyelash styling - Light Volume 2D / 3D method:
a) The maximum duration time: 150 min.
b) It is allowed:
- soft makeup of the model's face, excluding the eye area,
- combining eyelash colors (brown and black) and mixing the thickness of synthetic eyelashes.
c) It is required:
- work on a fan made up of 2-3 synthetic eyelashes glued to one natural eyelash,
- using of artificial eyelashes only with the following thickness: 0.07mm; 0.10mm; 0.12mm,
- using of artificial eyelashes only about lengths: 4 mm - 13mm,
- using only black and brown color eyelashes,
- work only with black glue.
d) It is forbidden:
- any makeup for eyes area (shading and eyeliner on the eyelids and mascara on eyelashes, permanent eye makeup-lines),
- using of pre-prepared or ready 2-3D fans,
- using colored eyelashes (excluding bronzes),
- using transparent glue,
- using other fans than made of 2-3 synthetic eyelashes to one or more natural eyelash,
- leaving smudges or dirt around the eyes and lashes on the skin of the model.
3. Eyelash styling - Mega Volume 5D+ method:
a) The maximum duration time: 180 min.
b) It is acceptable:
- soft makeup of the model's face, excluding the eye area,
- combining eyelash colors (brown and black) and mixing the thickness of synthetic eyelashes.
c) It is required:
- work on fans correctly formed of 5-10 synthetic eyelashes glued to one natural eyelash,
- using of artificial eyelashes only with the following thickness: 0.03mm; 0.05mm; 0.07mm,
- using of artificial eyelashes only about lengths: 4 mm - 13mm,
- using only black and brown color eyelashes,
- work only with black glue.
d) It is forbidden:
- any makeup for eyes area (shading and eyeliner on the eyelids and mascara on eyelashes, permanent eye makeup-lines),
- usage of pre-prepared or ready 5-10D fans,
- using colored eyelashes (excluding bronzes),
- using other fans than made of 5-10 synthetic eyelashes to one or more natural eyelash,
- using transparent glue,
- leaving smudges or dirt around the eyes and lashes on the skin of the model.
4. Male eyelash styling:
a) The maximum duration time: 120 min.
b) It is acceptable:
- soft makeup of the model's face, excluding the eye area,
- combining eyelash colors and mixing the thickness of synthetic eyelashes.
c) It is required:
- work with 1:1 method consists in sticking only one synthetic eyelash to one natural eyelash,
- using of artificial eyelashes only with the following thickness: 0.05mm; 0.07mm; 0.10mm; 0.12mm,
- using of artificial eyelashes only about lengths: 4 mm - 13mm,
- work only with black glue.
d) It is forbidden:
- any makeup for eyes area (shading and eyeliner on the eyelids and mascara on eyelashes, permanent eye makeup-lines),
- work with black transparent glue,
- leaving smudges or dirt around the eyes and lashes on the skin of the model.
5. Eyelash Lifting/Lamination:
a) The maximum duration time: 100 min.
b) It is acceptable:
- soft makeup of the model's face, excluding the eye area.
c) It is required:
- using only coloring dyes (henna gel) for coloring the hair (eyelashes),
- using professional products available on the market of any brand,
- work performed on healthy natural eyelashes with a minimum length of 8 mm.
d) It is forbidden:
- any makeup for eyes area (shading and eyeliner on the eyelids and mascara on eyelashes, permanent eye makeup-lines),
- leaving smudges or dirt around the eyes and lashes on the skin of the model,
- any actions which can cause permanent damage to eyelash.
6. Female Eyebrow Modeling with Coloring HENNA:
a) The maximum duration time: 60 min.
b) It is acceptable:
- soft makeup of the model's face.
c) It is required:
- using only coloring dyes henna for coloring the hair (eyebrows),
- using professional products available on the market of any brand,
- removal of excess eyebrow hair by means of wax, tweezers and thread.
d) It is forbidden:
- leaving smudges or dirt around the brows and on the skin of the model,
- removal of excess eyebrow hair by means of razor, peeler, knife, etc.,
- work on henna gel,
- perform treatment on the model with the permanent eyebrow makeup,
- early (before the beginning of competition start) coloring eyebrows,
- early (before the beginning of competition start) giving schemes, shapes, mapping eyebrows,
- early (before the beginning of competition start) removal of excess hairs around the eyebrows.
7. Male Eyebrow Modeling with Coloring:
a) The maximum duration time: 60 min.
b) It is acceptable:
- soft makeup of the model's face.
c) It is required:
- using only coloring dyes (henna gel) for coloring the hair (eyebrows),
- using professional products available on the market of any brand,
- removal of excess eyebrow hair by means of wax, tweezers and thread.
d) It is forbidden:
- leaving smudges or dirt around the brows and on the skin of the model,
- removal of excess eyebrow hair by means of razor, peeler, knife, etc.,
- work on powder henna,
- perform treatment on the model with the permanent eyebrow makeup,
- early (before the beginning of competition start) coloring eyebrows,
- early (before the beginning of competition start) giving schemes, shapes, mapping eyebrows,
- early (before the beginning of competition start) removal of excess hairs around the eyebrows.
8. Women's eyebrows - PMU ombre - machine technique:
a) The maximum duration time: 150 min.
b) It is acceptable:
- soft makeup of the model's face.
c) It is required:
- working with a permanent make-up device, using a disposable cartridge or needles,
- using professional products available on the market of any brand,
- removal of excess eyebrow hair by means of tweezers, mini razors, cutter etc.,
- for dyeing the eyebrow skin using only permanent makeup dyes,
- after the start signal, drawing eyebrows on the model (diagram, shape, mapping, etc.) before pigmentation begins. The scheme will be evaluated on the basis of a photo taken during the competition.
d) It is forbidden:
- leaving smudges or dirt around the brows and on the skin of the model,
- removal of excess eyebrow hair by wax etc.,
- work on devices and dyes used for tattooing,
- perform treatment on the model with the permanent eyebrow makeup,
- early (before the beginning of competition start) coloring eyebrows,
- early (before the beginning of competition start) giving schemes, shapes, mapping eyebrows,
- early (before the beginning of competition start) removal of excess hairs around the eyebrows.
9. Women's eyebrows – microblading:
a) The maximum duration time: 60 min.
b) Work carried out on artificial skins - ensures the organizer.
c) It is required:
- work only on the skin received by the organizer of the championship,
- work with pen, use of disposable needles,
- for dyeing the eyebrow skin using only permanent makeup dyes,
- using professional products available on the market of any brand.
d) It is forbidden:
- work on your own artificial skin,
- leaving smudges or dirt around the brows and on artificial skin,
- work on devices and dyes used for tattooing,
- early (before the beginning of competition start) coloring eyebrows,
- early (before the beginning of competition start) giving schemes, shapes, mapping eyebrows.

The competition consist in the styling the eye of the model by sticking one artificial eyelash to a natural one. Penalty points will be given for a failure to comply with the rules listed in §4.
The decision of disqualification may be taken as a result of a high non-compliance with the rules listed in §4 and §6.

2. Eyelash styling - Light Volume 2D / 3D method:
The competition consist in styling the eye of the model by sticking the fan of 2-3 artificial eyelashes to 1 natural eyelash. Penalty points will be given for a failure to comply with the rules listed in §4. The decision of disqualification may be taken as a result of a high non-compliance with the rules listed in §4 and §6.

The competition consist in styling the eye of the model by sticking the fan of 5-10 artificial eyelashes to 1 natural eyelash. Penalty points will be given for a failure to comply with the rules listed in §4. The decision of disqualification may be taken as a result of a high non-compliance with the rules listed in §4 and §6.

4.Eyelash styling - The Male Eyelash Styling:
The competition consist in the styling the eye of the male model by sticking fan of maximum 1 synthetic eyelash to 1 natural eyelash. Penalty points will be given for a failure to comply with the rules listed in §4.
The decision of disqualification may be taken as a result of a high non-compliance with the rules listed in §4 and §6.

5. Eyelash Lifting/Lamination:
The competition consist in the styling the eye of the model by performing a lifting/lamination treatment. Penalty points will be given for a failure to comply with the rules listed in §4.
The decision of disqualification may be taken as a result of a high non-compliance with the rules listed in §4 and §6.

I. Lash check - Initial assess of natural eyelash of the model before the treatment (max 20 points).
II. General impression based on comparing eyelash before and after the treatment (max 15 points).
III. The selection of silicone pad and the way it is glued (max 10 points).
IV. Percentage of curling the eyelashes (max 10 points).
V. Symmetry (max 10 points).
VI. Puffiness/wooliness (max 10 points).
VII. Eyelash directions (max 10 points).
VIII. The lifting angle at the root (max 10 points).
IX. Internal and external corner (max 10 points).

6. Female Eyebrow Modeling with Coloring HENNA:
The competition consist in the styling of eyebrows and their coloring with the female model. There is recommended model with overgrown eyebrows, without any lesions and hair grow defects. Penalty points will be given for a failure to comply with the rules listed in §4.
The decision of disqualification may be taken as a result of a high non-compliance with the rules listed in §4 and §6.

7. Male Eyebrow Modeling with Coloring:
The competition consist in the styling of eyebrows and their coloring with the male model. There is recommended model with overgrown eyebrows, without any lesions and hair grow defects. Penalty points will be given for a failure to comply with the rules listed in §4.

8. Women's eyebrows - PMU OMBRE machine technology:
The competition consists in making eyebrows using machine technique, the desired end result is Ombre - shading.
Give the eyebrows shape to a female model. A model is recommended without any damage or hair loss.
The decision of disqualification may be taken as a result of a high non-compliance with the rules listed in §4 and §6.

9. Category eyebrow – microblading:
The competition consists in making eyebrow hair with pigmentation (coloring) only on artificial skin.
The decision of disqualification may be taken as a result of a high non-compliance with the rules listed in §4 and §6.

§6 RULES
1. The participant of the Championships is obliged to prepare the model and materials necessary for performing the work (synthetic eyelashes, all preparations and tools necessary to perform the stylization of eyebrows and eyelashes as well as lighting - lamps).
2. The participant in the championships in the category PMU ombre - shading is obliged to equip himself with a permanent make-up device, permanent make-up pigments, adequate lighting of his workplace during the championship, e.g. ring lamp, headlight and all accessories needed for pigmentation. It is forbidden to work on pigments and tattoo equipment.
3. Beds, chairs and tables as well as electric power connection will be provided by the Organizer. They should be used properly by the participant. Any costs arise due to damage of property will be paid by the participant who caused the loss.
4. The participant of the championship is obliged to show up at the championship together with his model.
5. Model must be 18 and over years old.
6. A model in the PMU ombre category must be free from contraindications for permanent makeup (the participant must have the consent and the model's health card on the day of the Championships and show the jury). Otherwise, it is possible to disqualify a participant without refunding the amount paid for participation in the Championship.
7. All models must have prepared a set consist of: eyepads for eyelash separation and an eyelash brush - For the Judge during assessing.
8. Participants and Models will be assigned an individual number.
9. The organizer is not responsible for the lack of the model’s predisposition to perform the specific treatment in the appropriate category.
10. A participant of the championship together with the model cannot leave the area of the Championship without the permission from the person who is in charge of the order arrangements during the time of the competition as well as its assessment.
11. The organizer or member of the jury has the right to disqualify the participant in case of violation of the rules.
12. I t is generally forbidden: ready to use pre-prepared or ready eyelash fans, eyelash stripes, etc.
13. It is generally forbidden for the model to have: in eyelash styling as well as lifting lamination categories: permanent makeup – lines; and in eyebrow styling categories: brow permanent makeup and microblading. It is generally allowed for a model as preparing for assessment to have a soft makeup without touching the eyelid (by powder, blusher or pencil).
14. It is forbidden getting loud and misbehavior in general during the competition, as well as disturbing other participants, including conversations via a mobile phone. Participation under influence of alcohol and drugs is forbidden.
15. It is allowed to listen relaxing music on the headset in a way that does not violate the previously mentioned rules.
16. It is forbidden to commence the work before the official start of the competition as well as continue working after the stop signal. Disobeying these rules may result in getting negative points, and in case of flagrant violation of these rules it will cause disqualification.
17. Models will be assessed depend on competition, before the commencing the category will be LasCheck and BrowCheck, and after the completion of particular competition, the model should go to the Judges Area, and the competitors of the Championships must ensure that their model will not leave Championship area. The model is not allowed to leave the Judging Area before time when all the evaluated criteria on the scorecard have been completed/filled by the judges.

18. All participants are requested to wear appropriate cosmetic attire.
19. The principle of taking place of competition’s category is the minimum number of participants (5 persons), otherwise this particular competition will not take place and the participants will receive back the qualification fee.
20. The registering of participants with their models begins 60 minutes before the start of appropriate competitions. It is possible to register in each competition’s category at one time. The organizer is not responsible for being late of the participants. Enough time should be reserved in advance.
§7 THE JURY
1. The judges will be appointed by the organizer and announced latest before the Championships at September 30th, 2020.
2. The panel consists of two groups:
GROUP I - a hygiene committee - will be present in the room during the performed procedures. Safety, hygienic cleanliness and elements subject to the assessment criterion will be assessed.
GROUP II - the general commission - will not be present in the room during the procedures. He will sit in a separate room assessing the final result according to the criteria.
3. The Participants, by their own will, are subjected to assessing and criticism of Judges.
4. The assessment and interpretation of the Judges is final and cannot be invoked to. No appeals from their decisions will be considered.

6. Any contacting with the Jury after end of Championship is strictly forbidden. Disobey of this rule can cause official and public disqualification of participant with prizes and achievements reclaim.
§8 AWARDS
1. For the Participants who will get the first three places on the podium in each category and sub-category, according to their experience (Open, Master and Expert level), Cups, diplomas and sponsors' gifts are provided.
2. Each Participant receives a Diploma and medal of participation in the Championships.
3. Diploma will be provided for models as well.
4. A special prize is planned - the Grand Prix of the Championship - for gaining the most points after counting up all categories results.
5. The Organizer provides three tickets entitling to participate in the Amber Eyes Championships, Gdańsk Poland 2020 in one of the selected categories for free, together with guarantee a place in the Championships. Winners of the random drawing will be published until September 30, 2020 on the website www.ambereyes.pl
6. Participants, who will be absent at the Winner’s Gala, but will win the position on winner’s podium, should contact the Organizer for notifying shipping address, where the cost of courier shipping is 19PLN, while sending prizes outside of Poland in accordance with the courier price list.
7. Special Price from Jury, when the participant will be absent at the Winner’s Gala, but will be Appreciated with the Special Price by the Judge – will not receive it. All of judges will have a list with 3 in their opinion best participants, so in case of absence, the price will go to next candidate.
8. The cup prizes will be changed every 2 years. The eagle motif with amber and Swarovski stones remains, the design changes.
§9 FINAL PROVISIONS
1. The Organizer reserves the right to change of date, schedule of the championships depending on the interest in particular categories.
2. Detailed schedule of the Championships will be announced at the day of Registration starts, and potential changes would be published by 01/09/2020 the latest as an annex to the regulations. If you have any doubts about the credibility of the participants, you have the opportunity to submit a complaint within 7 days from the date of sharing the list of Participants. 3. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate or cancel the competition without giving any reasons. The Competition Participants data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Act of August 29, 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws of 2002 No. 101, item 926, as amended), and the decree of EU Council and parliament2016/679 of April 27 2016 r. concerning the working party on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, and revoking of directive 95/46/WE. The administrator of personal data processed for the needs of the Championship is "I. Bella Donna Salon Grażyna Kleba, II. Lashbotox.pl "with its registered office in Gdynia, at ul. Morska 65A, 81-323 Gdynia. The data of the Championship Participants will be processed only for the purpose and to the extent necessity for conduct the Championships. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to participate in the Championship. Persons providing their data have the right to access there and correct it.
4. Providing the data in registering form is voluntary, disagreement for processing the data is preventing of register and proper submit of the form. We are asking for your personal details to be entered carefully (ą, ę, ó, etc.). This applies in particular to first and last names.
5. The participant agrees to use his / her image free of charge, in the form of publications on the Organizer's websites and social portals, in accordance with art. 81 par. 1 by law of February 4, 1994 on copyright and related rights (Journal of Laws 1994, No. 24, item 83, as amended).
6. The above mentioned image here can be used for all kinds of forms of electronic image processing, framing and composition, without the obligation to accept the final product, but not in forms that are offensive or generally considered unethical. The Organizer is reserving the rights for using the photos and movie clips, which are recorded during International Championship Amber Eyes, in order for advertising and editorial purposes.
The participants are agreeing for process their personal data and image in public media.
7. The participants hereby disclaims all claims, including the remuneration (current and future) with respect to the above mentioned entities for the usage of their image.
8. In matters not covered by these regulations, as well as in the provisions of the regulations that raise doubts, will be settled by the Organizer of the Competition.
9. The Organizer will not take any responsibility for the theft or participant’s property damages.
10. The participant - under the rules specified in separate regulations - bears civil and material liability for damages caused by his fault during the International Championships.
11. The participant is obliged to observe the safety, fire protection, health and security regulations in force during the International Championships and in this respect must follow the instructions of the Organizer and relevant services, including the Police, Fire Brigade and Emergency Medical Services.
12. It is prohibited to bring to the area of the International Championship an alcoholic beverages, psychoactive substances, drugs, as well as weapons and other dangerous objects.
13. Completing the application form is unequivocal to agreeing and accepting to the collection, processing and transferring of all or some of the personal and contact details, provided during registration, by I. Bella Donna Grażyna Kleba, II. Lashbotox.pl, ul. Morska 65A, 81-323 Gdynia, for marketing purposes, in particular for receiving promotional materials for the e-mail address given by the Participant electronically (in accordance with the Act of 26 August 2002 on the provision of electronic services - Journal of Laws from 2002 No. 144 item 1204 with amendments). The participant agrees to receive SMS messages related to the Championships. The declaring person has the right to withdraw this permission at any time and in a free of charge.
14. Submitting of registration form is standing for full understanding and agreement with rules of Regulations.
15. The precondition of joining the competition is full acceptance by the Participant of the Regulations and submitting the integral parts of the Regulations in accordance with §1. point. 1. The participant agrees to comply with the rules described in the Regulations, as well as confirms that he meets all the conditions that entitle him to participate in the competition.
16. Participant's liability:
a) Participants are required to familiarize with these regulations,
b) All participants must register using the www.ambereyes.pl website,
c) Participant taking part in the International Championships cannot make statements in an offensive, provocative, racist manner or violate personal rights, religious feelings and dignity of third parties,
d) Each participant should behave in a manner consistent with culture and social standards, and his behavior must not hinder the event.
17. The Organizer has the right to amend the Regulations. Participants will be informed about the changes. Information about any changes will be published only on the website www.ambereyes.pl, Facebook Amber Eyes International Championships Gdańsk 10-11.10.2020 r. In matters not covered by the Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
18. Acceptance of the above Regulations is unequivocal with agreement for the privacy policy of I. Bella Donna Salon Grażyna Kleba, II. LashBotox.pl
19. This Regulations are coming in force on 29th of May 2020.
