How to enter the Amber Eyes Live Championships 2026
Entries are made through one online form. You choose your competitions, complete your details, submit your entry and receive a confirmation with the payment details. The same form covers the Live Championships, the Online Championships, the Conference and the Gala Night.

Levels Master, Expert, Open - depending on the category
Entry fee from 200 PLN per competition, depending on the category (third price period, 01.10-27.11.2026)
Payment within 7 days of registration
Registration deadline 22.11.2026 for new participants in the Live Championships and for the Conference and Gala Night; 15.11.2026 for the Online Championships. Additional categories for registered participants
Language the entry form opens in English; the legal declarations in it are in Polish (the binding version)
Choose your competitions. In the form you select each start separately - the category and, where the category is split, the level (Master or Expert). Open categories have no split. You may select as many starts as you wish.
Add the rest of your participation. In the same form you can add the Conference, the Gala Night, and a guest ticket.
Complete your details and accept the required declarations. The server calculates the final amount after you submit the form.
Submit your entry. The button at the end of the form is "Wyslij zgloszenie" - Submit entry.
Confirmation and payment. After submitting you receive a registration confirmation together with the payment details. The payment deadline is 7 days from the date of registration and never later than the closing date that applies to your entry.
Entry fees - Live Championships
The amounts below are the entry fees per competition, as calculated by the entry form. The final amount for your whole entry is calculated and confirmed by the server once the form has been submitted.
These fees apply in the third price period (01.10-27.11.2026), which is the period in which the prices apply, not a registration deadline. The fee depends on the date of full payment. Registration for new participants closes on 22.11.2026. Participants who are already registered may ask about additional categories later, only if places are available and the organiser confirms - see registration deadline and additional categories.

What to prepare before you enter
Your model. Most Live categories are worked on a live model. Brow mapping and volume 5D fans are worked on a mannequin head, medical areola pigmentation on silicone practice skin and SMP on a melon.
The model consent form. Your model signs the consent form; you can find it on the model consent page.
Your equipment and products as required by the rules of your category.
Your qualification document. After registering, send a diploma or certificate of completed training in the category to kontakt@ambereyes.pl. It is not required in categories worked on a mannequin head, silicone practice skin or a melon.
The Rules and Regulations. Read them before you choose your entry - they set out the levels, the course of each competition and the requirements for your work.
Payment
After you submit the entry form you receive a confirmation e-mail with the amount and the payment details. The payment deadline is 7 days from the date of registration, and never later than the closing date that applies to your entry. You can pay by bank transfer or by online payment through Przelewy24. Your place is confirmed once the payment has been received.
